Trimco Millwork will be acquired by Woodgrain, a renowned millwork and building products company.
The deal is scheduled to finalize in December.

“We at Woodgrain have admired Trimco for many years and acknowledge the Hoff family legacy, and are proud to continue that legacy as a family-owned company. We believe that we will be better together.” Woodgrain’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Dame said.
“Our aligned values and Woodgrain’s respected reputation played a pivotal role in this decision, but another paramount consideration was ensuring that this would be a good fit for all the Trimco associates,” Hoff Companies CEO Brian Hoff stated.
“Trimco’s products align perfectly with our distribution strategy and we look forward to a seamless integration,” Todd Dame, President of Woodgrain’s Distribution business, added.
