SRS Distribution Acquires Marsh Building Products

Marsh Building Products, Inc., a distributor of residential and commercial building products, has been bought by SRS Distribution. The agreement’s terms were not disclosed.

Marsh, headquartered in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, was formed in 1989 by brothers Ken and Mike Middleton and is currently led by Patrick McNickle, president. The company employs approximately 130 individuals and works out of eight facilities in Ohio and Kentucky. Patrick McNickle will continue to head the Company’s dedicated staff under the Marsh label, assuring customer, supplier, and employee continuity and consistency.
