The whole TandoStone collection will be available immediately, complementing a variety of different siding materials such as fiber cement, vinyl, stucco, and brick.

“We pride ourselves on being the premier partner to leading manufacturers in the building industry and we are extremely proud to have been selected to represent the TandoStone product line,” said Scott Thomas, Parksite’s director of LBM sales.

Furthermore, professionals can swiftly and easily install the material.

Parksite, formed in 1971 in Batavia, Illinois, is 100% employee-owned. Parksite has over 725 employee-owners and runs 21 building material distribution facilities.

Parksite stated that its competitive advantage is directly related to its staff.

“Every one of our associates is dedicated to contributing to the success of both our customers and our suppliers. Owners produce the best results with integrity and honesty, and by doing that Parksite is successful as well,” Ron Heitzman, CEO of Parksite stated.

“The dedication and excitement that is generated when everyone is an owner is extraordinary.”
