White Cap Acquires Ram Tool

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC has completed the acquisition of Ram Tool Construction Supply Co., LLC.

White Cap CEO John Stegeman and President Alan Sollenberger will lead the combined company.

Page Naftel, President of Ram Tool, will also be joining White Cap as Chief Sales Officer.

As the two companies integrate, there will be no immediate changes to their services and offerings from White Cap or Ram Tool.

White Cap was represented by Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in the deal, and Ram Tool was represented by Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
