US LBM Expands in Southeast and Mid-Atlantic; Completes Three Acquisitions

US LBM, a leading specialty building materials distributor in the United States, has acquired three companies: North Georgia Building Supply and Junior’s Building Materials in Georgia, and Massey Builders Supply in Virginia.

North Georgia Building Supply and Junior’s Building Materials in Georgia supply lumber and a diverse range of specialty materials to professional builders, remodelers, and contractors.

North Georgia Lumber, located in Buford, North Georgia, provides lumber, windows, doors, roofing, decking, and drywall to customers in the communities northeast of Atlanta.

Junior’s Building Materials has two locations in Rossville and Ringgold, Georgia, and serves customers in Chattanooga, Tennessee and northern Georgia.

Junior’s product line includes windows, doors, roofing, siding, and millwork in addition to lumber and engineered wood products.

In central Virginia, Massey Builders Supply has two locations: Richmond and Saluda.

Massey Lumber, founded in 1921, provides professional builders and remodelers in the greater Richmond area with lumber and a wide range of specialty building products such as roofing, siding, doors, windows, decking, railing, and millwork.

Maner Builders Supply, BSA, and Brand Vaughan Lumber Company, which US LBM acquired in July, serve professional builders and contractors in several markets throughout Georgia, including the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.

Parker’s Building Supply in Galax, Virginia, and five locations in western North Carolina near the Virginia border serve customers in the southwestern part of the state.
