US LBM Acquires Georgia’s Brand Vaughan Lumber

US LBM, a leading specialty building materials distributor in the United States, has purchased Brand Vaughan Lumber Company, which has five locations in Georgia.

R.L. Brand and Cy Vaughan founded Brand Vaughan in 1946 to serve professional builders and contractors in Atlanta, Columbus, Madison, Athens, and Lake Oconee, Georgia.

Brand Vaughan’s building product catalog includes lumber, engineered wood products, windows, exterior and interior doors and trim, rebar, roofing, and siding, as well as structural framing, siding, windows, house wrap, millwork, and exterior and interior doors.

Maner Builders Supply, a multifaceted building products dealer with locations in Augusta, and BSA, a full-line building products distributor located in Atlanta’s northwest suburbs, are two of US LBM’s existing operations in Georgia.
