SRS Distribution Adds Tennessee-based Metro Roofing & Metal Supply

Metro Roofing & Metal Supply Co. Inc., a distributor of commercial, residential, and metal roofing materials with two Tennessee sites, has been bought by SRS Distribution Inc.

The agreement’s terms were not revealed.

The company was created in 1980 by Pete Spain and his son-in-law, Robert Link, and is now run by Robert’s children, Kevin Link, Karen Dickerson, and Kim Schwind, with headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee.

Metro has a second office in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where 30 employees work.

Kevin, Karen, and Kim will remain in charge of the Metro team.
