Seattle Cedar Supply has been Acquired by ABC Supply

ABC Supply Co. Inc., a building supplies distributor, has purchased the assets of Seattle Cedar Supply, a full-service roofing materials wholesaler.

Seattle Cedar Supply, founded in 2004, has a single store in Snohomish, Washington.

ABC Supply claims that the acquisition will improve service in the Seattle area while strengthening partnerships with contractors and builders in northern Washington.

Current Seattle Cedar Supply employees will remain at the location.
