New South Construction Supply is One of the Fastest Growing Businesses in South Carolina

New South Construction Supply, a distributor of concrete, masonry, and waterproofing products to commercial and residential general contractors and subcontractors throughout the Southeastern United States, has been named one of South Carolina’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies for 2022.

That is according to Integrated Media Publishing, an annual award given out (publisher of Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly and Charleston Business Magazine). This is the fourth time New South Construction Supply has appeared on this list.

“Since the outbreak, we’ve had to deal with a lot: showroom closures, product shortages, and rampant inflation, to name a few of the challenges we’ve faced.”

It took a total team effort to manage hypergrowth during this time. “This award would not have been possible without the collaboration of our customers, associates, and suppliers,” said Jim Sobeck, CEO of New South Construction Supply.

While the last few years have been difficult, our team has consistently outperformed our most optimistic predictions and delivered significant, profitable growth.

In 2021, New South Construction Supply purchased Increte of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, rapidly expanding its rebar fabrication and tilt-up construction business and capabilities.

In addition, SC Biz News and the SC Chamber of Commerce named the company one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina in August 2022.
