MITER Brands, a prominent manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors, announced the sale of its subsidiary, ECO Window Systems, to its original owners.

MITER Brands’ decision to divest underscores its commitment to streamlining business processes and focusing resources on its key distribution networks and product brands.

This decision will allow MITER Brands to strengthen its market position, drive innovation, and support its ambition to become America’s most valuable window and door brand.
