ABC Supply Expands in Kentucky; Acquires Exterior Supply

Exterior Supply’s assets have been acquired by ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other select exterior building products.

Exterior Supply’s two Kentucky locations, Elizabethtown and Somerset, are included in the acquisition.

Associates from both Exterior Supply locations will join the ABC Supply team to ensure that existing customers have a smooth transition.

ABC Supply now operates eight locations in Kentucky as a result of the acquisition.

In a news release, Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s northeast region, stated, “The Exterior Supply team is an experienced group of associates that share in our focus and commitment to make it easy for contractors to do their jobs. We look forward to welcoming contractors who have been getting their siding and windows from Exterior Supply and expanding what these two locations can offer to help their businesses grow.”

ABC Supply, headquartered in Beloit, Wisconsin, has over 800 locations across the United States.

ABC Supply expanded earlier in 2021, with new locations in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Port St. Lucie, Florida.
