ABC Supply Completes US LBM Standalone Wallboard Divisions Acquisition

Feldman Lumber, Richardson Gypsum, Rosen Materials, Wallboard Supply Company, and Coastal Roofing Supplies have been acquired by ABC Supply Co., Inc. from US LBM.

Feldman Lumber, Richardson Gypsum, Rosen Materials, and Wallboard Supply Company’s interior product businesses will be operated by L&W Supply, while Coastal Roofing Supply will be operated by ABC Supply.

ABC Supply Co., Inc. is North America’s largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building goods.
