More than 30 New Cordless Tools will be added to Hilti’s All-in-One Nuron Battery Platform

In 2023, Hilti North America, a global leader in innovative tools, technology, software, and services for the commercial construction sector, will add more than 30 new cordless tools to its existing line of more than 70 Nuron battery-powered equipment.

Customers will also be able to test out over a dozen of these latest Nuron machines at the upcoming World of Concrete in Las Vegas.

Hilti offers solutions for formwork, pipe hanging, and metal cutting with a wide range of equipment.

With the DSH 700-22 Rear handle cordless cut-off saw, the NCV 10-22 Ultimate concrete vibrator, the NCV 4-22 Pencil concrete vibrator, and the SB 6-22 Wide mouth cordless band saw, the latest Nuron innovations make a compelling case for converting tool cribs to fully cordless, leaving the hassle of fumes and generators behind.

On the job, the DSH 700-22 essentially eliminates the requirement for gas-powered cut-off saws.

The NCV 10-22 enhances concrete placing safety by eliminating the fuel and emissions associated with standard gas-powered backpack concrete vibrators.

With its narrow head and more than enough power to do the task, the NCV 4-22 enables operators to vibrate concrete in the most difficult to reach areas of the concrete pour.

The SB 6-22 wide mouth band saw provides a 5″ deep cutting capability and a two-handed cutting experience for added safety.

“Transitioning from gas or corded to the Nuron all-on-one cordless platform with Hilti reduces tool crib complexity, without compromising on performance,” Mike McGowan, Region Head and CEO of Hilti North America, stated.

“And Nuron continues to enable businesses to make informed decisions using real-time jobsite data obtained from its cloud-connected, intelligent cordless tools and batteries.”

Nuron tools increase productivity by utilizing flexible 22V Li-ion batteries, which provide the optimum power-to-weight ratio for most drilling, driving, and cutting tasks.

Nuron’s unique electronics provide insight regarding battery and tool usage while also enabling proactive tool crib optimization.

Nuron enhances durability and cordless battery performance monitoring with a built-in battery health tester, sealed electronics, shock absorbers, and reinforced housing to endure the worst jobsite conditions.

Hilti diamond and carbide blades and drill bits are specifically designed for Hilti Nuron cordless instruments to improve system performance or to extend the life of power tool accessories.

When Nuron equipment and accessories are integrated, job sites may work quicker, harder, and more efficiently in order to stay on schedule and within budget.
