Quick Turns Boosts Growth in Turnkey Property Sector with the Acquisition of Atlanta General Contracting

Quick Turns by Valet Living’s fast-growing portfolio now includes an Atlanta-based turnkey services provider.

Valet Living, the only nationally known full-service amenities provider to the multifamily industry, announced the purchase of Atlanta General Contracting as part of its continued expansion in the turnkey property sector.

This Atlanta-based company offers comprehensive services like painting, cleaning, tiling, and drywall repair.

Quick Turns by Valet Living, a branch of Valet Living that administers the make-ready process during resident turnover, will incorporate Atlanta General Contracting.

Following the recent acquisition of Portland-based All Aspects Renovations, this latest acquisition reinforces Valet Living’s commitment to the expansion of its Quick Turns by Valet Living portfolio, with the objective of being the sole nationwide “turns” provider to the multifamily industry.

Atlanta General Contracting will now be part of the Quick Turns by Valet Living portfolio, but it will continue to operate locally, with its owners, brothers Ted and Dan Moradi, remaining as General Managers and employing roughly 175 local contractors and employees.
