ABC Supply Acquires Kentucky’s Siding Sales Inc. Assets

Siding Sales Inc.’s assets in Kentucky have been acquired by ABC Supply Co Inc.

Siding Sales Inc.’s Bowling Green and London, Kentucky locations are included in the deal.

ABC Supply claims that the acquisition will help it to improve its services in both existing and new areas, as well as establish partnerships with professional contractors throughout central and southern Kentucky.

Associates from all three Siding Sales Inc. locations will join the ABC Supply team, making the move easier for current customers.

“We’re confident that current associates and customers will quickly feel at home with ABC Supply. Contractors will also enjoy access to a wider selection of product options and delivery capabilities.”

ABC Supply now has 11 sites in Kentucky as a result of the transaction.
