Barrette Outdoor Living Acquired by Oldcastle APG

Barrette Outdoor Living, a North American manufacturer of fencing, railing, outdoor accents, and related products, has been acquired by Oldcastle APG, a CRH company.

This acquisition will allow Oldcastle APG to provide a more diverse and comprehensive suite of durable and sustainable outdoor solutions to retailers, dealers, contractors, and consumers.

Barrette Outdoor Living, founded in 1975, operates ten manufacturing facilities and four distribution centers across the United States and Canada.

Barrette’s acquisition will strengthen Oldcastle’s portfolio and expand opportunities for customers to access end-to-end architectural solutions with its diverse range of offerings in the outdoor living space.

Barrette’s decorative fencing, screens, and railing, according to Oldcastle, complement the company’s signature product lines, which include Belgard hardscapes, Sakrete packaged products, Techniseal polymeric sand, and PebbleTec pool finishes.
