AquaCentral To Join Heritage Pool Supply Group

Heritage Pool Supply Group, a rapidly growing platform within the SRS Distribution family, acquires AquaCentral, the U.S. second-largest pool equipment and supply distributor.

Tenex Capital announced the sale of AquaCentral, the second-largest pool equipment and supply distributor in the United States, to Heritage Pool Supply Group, a platform inside SRS Distribution, a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. as well as Berkshire Partners.

Tenex Capital Management was advised by Willkie Farr & Gallagher on the transaction.

Tenex and the other AquaCentral shareholders will get a minority stock position in SRS Distribution as part of the acquisition, in addition to the current ownership group.
