Westlake Ace to Add Branches in Washington
Westlake Ace will purchase Town Center Hardware in Kirkland and Lake Forest Park WA.
After the finalization of the deal, Westlake Ace will now have eight retail hardware locations in Washington State.
Westlake Ace Hardware is acquiring two-unit Washington State dealer Town Center Hardware.
The deal, finalizing on March 8, includes two stores in Kirkland and Lake Forest Park. Both locations will take the brand name Westlake Ace Hardware and will undergo remodelling. This will begin in the summer of 2021.
“It has been our sincere pleasure to serve the Lake Forest Park and Kirkland communities with Town Center Hardware. We are proud of the dedicated employees who have represented our stores with the highest level of professionalism through the years,” said Joe and Tim Uhrich, owners of Town Center Hardware.
Westlake Ace currently operates six other hardware stores in the state using the brands North Bend Ace and Dennis Company Ace.
Westlake Ace’s management mentioned that there will be a seamless transition of ownership.
The store locations will keep their management, store personnel, and will still offer leading brands:
- Benjamin Moore and Magnolia by Joanna Gaines paints
- Weber and Traeger grills
- Stihl outdoor power equipment
- DeWalt power tools
In the West, Westlake also has 11 stores in California.
The company has a total of 145 stores in 12 states.
